Renewal

Agreement automatically terminates after the five incentive payments within the 64‑month Grant Period or earlier if Wieland ceases operations for more than 90 days; no renewals are contemplated. County may claw back prior incentives if job creation is below 90% of target by May 1, 2029 or if operations cease beyond the nine‑month grace period.
