SJJPA amends BNSF Lake–West Escalon contract

The San Joaquin Joint Powers Authority will ratify and amend its sole-source construction agreement with Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) for the Lake to West Escalon double track project, setting a revised not-to-exceed amount of $21,750,000. The Executive Director is authorized to negotiate, award, and execute all related agreements and amendments within her spending authority.
