MOU for Involuntary Inpatient Services with Fairfax

Spokane County intends to execute MOU 23 SCRBH & Fairfax with BHC Fairfax Hospital, Inc. to provide non-Medicaid involuntary inpatient services under the Involuntary Treatment Act from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 at a per diem rate set in the agreement. The arrangement supports the Regional Behavioral Health Division’s treatment capacity.
