SJTPO-DRBA MOU on TIP Coordination Approved

SJTPO’s Policy Board approved Resolution 2403-07 entering a Memorandum of Understanding with the Delaware River and Bay Authority to coordinate MPO boundaries and TIP programming for DRBA’s federally funded projects. The MOU has been vetted by FTA and legal counsel and awaits final signature by the SJTPO Chairman.
