Seis Lagos Utility District approved an agreement to release a 73-acre tract and transfer associated water and wastewater CCNs to Collin County WCID No. 3 in exchange for $1.4 million, which it plans to use for local road improvements. The district may also fund and have WCID 3 construct Seis Lagos Boulevard through an alternate bid in the WCID 3 road contract.
