MAINTENANCE

Effective July 1, 2026 for a period of one year, automatically renewing year to year thereafter

Initial term of one year starting July 1, 2026, with automatic year-to-year renewals thereafter unless either party terminates at the end of the initial or any subsequent year by providing 60 days prior written notice. Price may change at the termination of each year in which the agreement is in force, and vendor may discontinue the contract if invoices are not paid within 30 days.
