Agreement is effective as of the last signature date (identified as September 11, 2019) and will automatically renew annually. Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days’ written notice, and the District may end funding if it finds continued funding not feasible. Future annual appropriations by the District are anticipated but not fixed in amount.
