Encroachment Agreements with TNA Nubby LLC

San Jacinto River Authority will consider entering into both an Irrevocable Encroachment Agreement and a Revocable Encroachment Agreement with TNA Nubby, LLC for use of a permanent easement in the Cape Conroe Subdivision. The General Manager would be authorized to execute both agreements upon Board approval.
