Ride Source continues to operate McAfee Knob shuttle

Roanoke County continues its operating contract with Ride Source to run the McAfee Knob Trailhead Shuttle between regional park-and-ride lots and Appalachian Trail trailheads. The March–November shuttle service is supported by successive Virginia DRPT demonstration grants, with the current funding period extending through November 2026.
