If negotiations for a successor agreement are not completed by the expiration date, all provisions are extended beyond June 30, 2025 on a status quo basis, but no wage or salary increases or experience steps are granted until a successor agreement is ratified. Upon ratification, wage and step changes may be implemented retroactively unless otherwise specified.
