Initial equipment purchase to be delivered and installed no later than December 2, 2019; County may purchase additional equipment at same bid prices for twenty-four (24) months from date of initial purchase; equipment warranty for three (3) years from date of installation

County may purchase additional equipment at the same bid prices for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of initial purchase, effectively creating a pricing extension window. Equipment is warranted for three (3) years from the date of installation. The agreement may be amended by written instrument signed by both parties and may be terminated by the County with five days written notice.
