Homes by West Bay Road Agreement Continued

At its May 21, 2025 meeting, the Villages of Pasadena Planning and Policy Committee continued consideration of a development agreement with Homes by West Bay, LLC to design, permit, acquire right of way, and construct portions of Kiefer Road and New River Boulevard. The agreement would provide transportation development fee credits to the developer in exchange for these infrastructure improvements.
