Renewal

The Agreement remains in effect until all programs or services under any Order Form have ended or been terminated. Access to programs and services is generally on annual subscriptions running July 1–June 30 by academic year and may be terminated by either party for material breach (with 30-day cure) or by the Board for convenience with 30 days’ notice. Individual subscriptions may be renewed through execution of new Order Forms for subsequent academic years.
