Oswego County is considering a utility easement and option agreement with Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation D/B/A National Grid for Tar Hill transmission-line upgrades in the Town of Hastings. The agreement would permit the transmission line to cross a county-owned right of way in exchange for payment to the county.
