Hayden Island South Shore Land Sale to ODOT

The Department of State Lands is asking the State Land Board to approve the $1.3 million sale of roughly 65 acres of filled South Shore lands on Hayden Island to the Oregon Department of Transportation. The property will support mitigation for the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program through conservation easements and restoration projects while generating revenue for the Common School Fund.
