The Northwest Bergen County Utilities Authority renewed its shared services agreement with the Borough of Midland Park for one year beginning October 11, 2026, under which the Authority serves as the Borough’s licensed sewer operator. The Chairman and Executive Director are authorized to execute the agreement pursuant to state shared services law.
