Normandy Schools Collaborative entered into an MOU with St. Louis Children's Hospital to deliver the Teen Outreach Program for the 2023–2024 school year, including staffing, transportation, supplies, and evaluation support. The agreement runs from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 and is contingent on the hospital’s TOP Partner Certification Agreement with Wyman Center, Inc.
