Initial term of one year from date of last signature, with automatic one-year renewals up to a maximum of five years unless terminated

Agreement is effective on the date of the last signature for an initial one-year term and renews automatically in successive one-year periods up to a total of five years unless either party terminates with ninety days written notice or for substantial breach. Students enrolled at the time of termination may complete their registered classes under the agreement.
