Lambton Shores Engages Fire Marque for Insurance Recovery

Initial Term of five (5) years from date of agreement, with automatic three (3) year renewal terms thereafter unless terminated with 30 days' written notice

Initial Term of five years from the effective date, automatically renewing for successive three-year Renewal Terms unless terminated with 30 days' written notice by either party. Agency Fee percentage for Renewal Terms is to be negotiated by the parties. Upon termination, Fire Marque may continue filing claims and collecting proceeds for incidents occurring prior to the termination date under the same terms.
