The MOU continues through June 30, 2029 unless modified or terminated. Either party may terminate without cause with at least 60 calendar days' written notice; termination for uncured material breach may occur no sooner than 15 calendar days after written demand to cure. Related course agreements may modify course-specific terms, but amendments to the MOU require a written agreement signed by the parties.
