Bay Cities Refuse Seeks CPI-Based Waste Rate Increase

Bay Cities Refuse Service has requested a 2.8% CPI-based rate adjustment under its Consolidated County Franchise Agreement with Marin County for solid waste collection services. If approved by the Board of Supervisors, the new rates would become effective July 1, 2025.
