The City of Marble Falls approved a termination agreement with Z-Modular Marble Falls LLC, releasing the company from its 2022 Construction Agreement for remaining utility extensions serving adjacent properties to Flatz 830. The City will release Z-Modular’s performance and payment bonds once replacement security from MMK Ventures LLC is in place.
