Two (2) years from date signed by Organization

Initial MOU term is two years from execution and may be extended upon mutual written agreement between the Organization and the Foundation. The Organization may terminate at any time via written or electronic notice; the Foundation may terminate if the Organization fails to meet its obligations, including use of the Terms of Art.

Agreement
