Roundabout Project Entity Shift From Parish to DOTD

The Interim Emergency Board approved St. James Parish Government’s request to transfer its roundabout capital outlay project at LA 3125 and LA 3274 to DOTD. All associated contracts and construction will now be managed by DOTD under an entity-state agreement, with project funding authority shifted accordingly.
