Watermaster Agreement Proposed for Carryover Groundwater Rights

Los Angeles County Sanitation District No. 14 is scheduled to approve a Carry Over Storage and Recovery Agreement with Antelope Valley Watermaster. The agreement would preserve the District's ability to store, produce, or transfer carryover groundwater rights, including 2,746.50 acre-feet from 2016.
