Leeton R-X School District Awards License Contract to Curators of the University of Missouri (July 2026)

The District is entering into a subscription agreement with The Curators of the University of Missouri, via the Assessment Resource Center, for access to the Network for Educator Effectiveness web-based evaluation tool starting July 1, 2026. The annual fee is based on the District’s student headcount and must be paid by September 1, with the agreement automatically renewing each year unless the District opts out.

For a single-year Initial Term, the agreement automatically renews effective July 1 of each calendar year for successive Annual Periods unless the District gives written non-renewal notice at least 90 days before June 30 of the then-current Annual Period. Agreement fees for renewed periods follow the current March 1 fee schedule and must be paid by September 1 of each renewed Annual Period.
