Leadville Plans Joint Fire Protection Agreement With Lake County

The City of Leadville plans to enter an intergovernmental agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Lake County to provide joint fire protection and emergency response services. The proposed three-year term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with costs generally allocated 70% to the County and 30% to the City.
