Three (3) years from the date of execution of both parties, with annual review; elsewhere also described inconsistently as two years and five years from execution

The MOU language is internally inconsistent, stating that it shall be in effect for three years from execution with annual review, that it shall end two years from the date of signing, and also that it shall end five years from the date of execution; either party may terminate without cause upon 30 days written notice via certified mail. Any amendments must be in writing and mutually agreed by authorized representatives.
