IU Foundation to Lease DC Building to Indiana University

The Commission for Higher Education is asked to recommend approval of a 20-year lease under which the Trustees of Indiana University will lease a Washington, D.C. building from the Indiana University Foundation for consolidated academic and administrative use at an estimated total cost of $54 million. Base rent of $1.35 million will be paid semi-annually starting January 1, 2026.
