Renewal

Easement term may be extended for delays outside the Grantee’s reasonable control if Grantee notifies Grantor; otherwise it automatically terminates 30 days after completion and governmental approval of the Roadway Improvements or three years after recording, whichever is earlier. Any modification or waiver must be by written, recorded instrument signed by the property owners.
