Initial one-year calendar term beginning on the 2026 Effective Date, with automatic one-year renewals on each anniversary unless either party gives at least 30 days’ written non-renewal notice before the end of the then-current term. Either party may terminate for convenience after the last student attendance day of any School Year with 30 days’ notice, or for cause after notice and a 30-day cure period. District’s reimbursement share increases from 50% in the initial term to 66% in all renewal terms.
