DCDC authorizes solar project agreements with GRID

Delta Community Developers Corp. approved Resolution 21-09 authorizing staff to submit SOMAH grant applications and to negotiate and execute agreements with GRID Alternatives North Valley for construction and installation of a solar array at the Crossways multifamily housing project. The solar project is expected to be cost-free to DCDC if Transformative Climate Communities and SOMAH grant funding are awarded, aside from application fees.
