Initial term through the ninety-ninth (99th) anniversary of the date immediately preceding the first Building Completion Date, but not beyond the Outside Expiration Date; up to four (4) additional 10-year extension periods

Tenant may exercise up to four 10-year extension options by providing written notice at least six months before the applicable expiration date. The lease remains subject to an unspecified Outside Expiration Date and other funding and development contingencies.
