Three-year HUD Urban County qualification period, with a second three-year qualification period for auto-renewal (covering at least Federal Fiscal Years 2027, 2028, and 2029) and lasting until all CDBG program funds are expended and activities are closed out by HUD

Renewal

Agreement spans an initial three-year qualification period with an automatic second three-year qualification period, during which Weslaco may not withdraw and may not apply separately for certain HUD programs. Annual subrecipient agreements will govern each fiscal year’s funding, and amendments may be required by HUD to meet updated qualification criteria.
