CSFA provided conduit bond financing in Fall 2022 for Hawking STEAM Charter School’s facility purchase through the LLC and continues to administer the Charter School Facility Grant Program that reimburses part of the charter’s rent under SB 740. Bond repayments are made monthly via an intercept of the charter’s apportionment.
