Renewal

Initial term is one year from the date both parties sign the agreement, with automatic renewal on each anniversary of the commencement date. Any member may withdraw at any time by order of its governing body with at least 30 days’ notice; membership dues may be adjusted by the CIRA Board of Directors. No debt is created and future service obligations must be set out in separate contracts.
