Renewal

Agreement runs for one year with continuation dependent on future appropriations. The School District must annually provide cost analysis, site budgets, and Memo 219 documentation, and may request amendments to Exhibit A for changes in teaching staff, enrollment, or facilities by April 30 each year. Either party may terminate with thirty days’ written notice before semester end, effective at the end of the current semester.
