Goshen Central School District approved a year-to-year agreement with the Goshen Public Library & Historical Society to provide short-term financing for the Library’s cash-flow needs through advances or Tax Anticipation Notes. The Library will repay advances and note principal and interest via reductions in tax revenues and will reimburse the District for lost investment income and bond counsel legal fees.
