Renewal

Initial term is one year from execution, with the ability for either party to terminate on 90 days’ written notice. The agreement contemplates annual invoicing and ongoing service unless formally terminated, and may be amended by mutual written consent. District payments are pro-rated or refunded if SRO coverage lapses beyond two weeks and the Village cannot provide a substitute.
