Pasco Schools Expands Mitigation Bank with H3 Pasco

The School Board of Pasco County approved a Second Amendment to its Mitigation Bank Agreement with H3 Pasco, LLC, expanding the project to include an additional ±9.1 acres. H3 will fund culvert replacement with a low water crossing and assume ongoing vegetation and access road maintenance responsibilities for the added area through the remaining term of the original 2022 agreement.
