District Recommends Energyby5 Natural Gas Procurement Agreement

Fort Bend Independent School District recommended expanding Energyby5’s authorized services to include natural gas procurement through the TIPS cooperative. The Superintendent would be authorized to negotiate and execute natural gas contracts beginning after the current agreement expires and continuing through October 2031, with the amount to be determined.
