The Findlay City School District Board of Education approved an agreement with the City of Findlay, Ohio to allow storage of municipal vehicles and equipment in the Board’s former bus garage for an initial one-year term with renewals up to five years. In exchange, the City will execute and provide demolition services under a related Option for Demolition Services and any other agreed consideration.

Renewal

Initial one-year term beginning on the effective date, renewable in additional one-year increments by signed written agreement of both parties, with the combined initial term and all renewal terms not to exceed five years. Board may terminate at any time with 14 days’ written notice; mutual written agreement can also terminate the contract.
