Brentwood approved a development agreement with Extra Space of Brentwood MO LLC for a mixed-use storage and retail project. The city will issue IRBs with a 20-year abatement period and participation in PILOT payments, as well as reimburse eligible signage costs above $1.15 million and up to $125,219 in OMCI stormwater funds.
