Fairview Park Amends Xerox Print Services Agreement

Original term per Agreement, with automatic month-to-month renewals unless terminated 30 days prior to expiration

Agreement is non-cancellable during the stated term and will automatically renew for successive one-month periods unless the customer provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to expiration. Base Charge and Overage Rates are fixed for the initial term and any renewals or extensions under this amendment.
