Initial Term of one year from full execution, with automatic one-year renewals unless non-renewed; funding subject to annual appropriation

Renewal

Contract commences upon full execution and runs for an Initial Term of one year, then automatically renews for successive one-year Renewal Terms unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice of nonrenewal before the end of the then-current term. All renewal terms are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council and the City’s right to terminate for convenience on 30 days’ notice. Labor rate schedule is fixed for the Initial Term and may be adjusted annually thereafter by the lesser of 3% or CPI-U with 30 days’ written notice.
