The City of Mulberry approved Resolution 2026-08 authorizing execution of a Gas Supply Agreement with PEFA, Inc. for the purchase of natural gas with a guaranteed minimum savings per MMBtu. The agreement allows the City to procure wholesale natural gas for resale to its retail customers while bearing no financial liability for PEFA’s related bond issuances.
