It may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ notice or immediately upon withdrawal of the student from the District; upon termination, tuition is prorated and any prepaid but undelivered services must be refunded. Future placements or extensions beyond June 18, 2026 would require a new or amended agreement.
