City of Clinton Awards $28,950 Solar Panel Installation Contract to Gardner Energy (May 2025)

The City Council will award Gardner Energy a $28,950 contract for a Well Project Solar Power system. This system, partly funded by a Bureau of Reclamation grant and culinary water impact fees, will install a 10-kW solar power system on the public works shops. The solar panels must meet all federal Buy America requirements.
