Attorney shall be guaranteed compensation for foreclosure on each parcel in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($1,500.00) plus all incurred expenses, a term of two (2) years beginning July 1st, 2025 and terminating on June 30th, 2027
