Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission staff presented a $221,693 office renovation estimate provided through Thalhimer for improvements to the Water Street Center space, to be amortized as part of a new five-year lease. The Building Committee has endorsed the scope and costs, and the full Commission is asked to approve the improvements and authorize negotiation of a lease including these leasehold improvements.
